During the month of May 2021, the price of properties for sale in Estepona was the highest in the Sierra Bermeja area, with €2,502 per square meter. On the other hand, the lowest price was recorded in the Centro area, with an average of €2,250 per square meter.
During the same month, the price of properties for rent in Estepona was the highest in the La Gaspara-Bahia Dorada-Buenas Noches area, with €11.57 per month per square meter. The lowest price, on the other hand, was recorded in the Sierra Bermeja area, with an average of €8.42 per month per square meter.
