Work has already begun on the Estepona urban shopping center, the first of its kind to be built in the city, as part of the exhibition and leisure park.
The complex is being built on a plot of around 8,000 square meters located between the Aldi supermarket and the municipal athletics stadium, promoted by Batex & Duplex.Kiwoko, Sprinter, KFC, Primaprix, AltaFit and FlipaJump are just some of the companies that have already signed the contract to operate in this urban shopping center of around 8,000 square meters and scheduled to open by the end of 2023.
The developers have selected a retail offer for Estepona featuring establishments linked to food, petcare, sport, specialty stores, catering, leisure for children and young people, and fitness center, among other activities. The Estepona shopping center, developed by Batex & Duplex, will open in the last quarter of 2023.
With an investment of almost 15 million euros, it will have a gross leasable area of around 6,000 m2.
Its opening will create 100 new jobs.
