The management of your property
A large majority of our buyers have entrusted us with the management of their apartment during their absence, and the care of managing their rental property. For this, we offer:

- a demanding selection of your tenant with a check of the tenant’s solvency, and the payment of several months’ deposit;
- the drafting of a contract in good and due form, where it is stipulated that the charges are paid by the tenant;
- a cleaning service that we offer to the tenant to allow him to fully recover the deposit
